The BoltVibe Imola eBook Promotion ("Promotion") is organized by BoltVibe, operated as a sole proprietorship by Jacob Brady-Walker, contact email: [email protected]2. Eligibility- Entrants must be 18+ at entry.
- Open to residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the United States, except where prohibited by law (e.g., US states prohibiting sweepstakes, such as Rhode Island for prizes over $500 without registration).
- Employees, affiliates, or immediate family of BoltVibe are ineligible.
- One entry per person; multiple entries disqualify.
- Winners must provide valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license) to verify eligibility (age, residency) before prize delivery.3. Entry- Promotion runs from May 5, 2025, to May 15, 2025, 23:59 CET ("Entry Period").
- Paid Entry: Purchase the “Ultimate Imola 2025 Fan Guide” eBook (€10) via boltvibe.xyz (link: boltvibe.co/imola-ebook) and pay via Stripe. Each buyer receives one entry into the prize draw.
- Free Entry: Mail your name, email, and answer to the skill-based question (“Who won the 2024 Imola GP?”) to Jacob Brady-Walker, PO Box TBC, Tavira 8800-318, Portugal. Entries must be received by May 15, 2025, 17:00 WET. One free entry per person.
- Entries must be completed/received before the Entry Period ends. Late/incomplete entries are void.4. Promotion Mechanics- Promotional competition with a random prize draw, offered as a reward for eBook customers or free skill-based entry.
- One entry per person (paid or free). Multiple eBook purchases grant one entry only.
- Prize Draw: If 200 or more paid entries are received, one winner is randomly selected from all entries (paid + free) on May 19, 2025, at 18:00 CET, streamed on @BoltVibe (X/Instagram). If fewer than 200 paid entries are received, no prize is awarded, and all entries (paid + free) are rolled over to the next BoltVibe reward, details announced via email by May 20, 2025.
- Free entry answers verified against official Formula 1 records (www.formula1.com). Incorrect answers are void.
- BoltVibe may cancel the promotion for unforeseen events (e.g., postal delays). No refunds will be issued due to the digital nature of the eBook.5. Prizes- Grand Prize: If 200 or more paid entries are received, one iPhone 16 Pro (approximate retail value: €1,359) or a €1,000 cash alternative, at the winner’s choice, awarded to the winner.
- If fewer than 200 paid entries are received, no prize is awarded, and entries roll over to the next BoltVibe reward.
- No substitutions.
- Prize delivered within 30 days of verification to the winner’s address (or bank account for cash) in an eligible jurisdiction. Shipping/transfer costs covered by BoltVibe.
- Winners are responsible for prize-related taxes/duties per local laws.6. Winner Notification- If a draw occurs, winner notified via email by May 19, 2025, using the provided entry email.
- Winner must respond within 7 days with a valid address or bank details (for cash) and government-issued ID for eligibility verification. Failure forfeits the prize; a new winner is drawn on May 26, 2025.
- If entries roll over, all entrants notified via email by May 20, 2025, with next reward details.
- Results (if drawn) posted on boltvibe.co/results and @BoltVibe social media by May 20, 2025, using winner’s first name and initial (e.g., “Anna B.”) unless requested otherwise.7. Data Protection- BoltVibe collects name, email, and payment details (for eBook buyers) or name, email, and answer (for free entries) for promotion administration, per EU GDPR and US privacy laws.
- Winner’s ID data collected for eligibility verification, stored securely, and deleted within 30 days post-promotion (by June 18, 2025), unless opted-in for marketing or entries roll over.

Publicity- By entering, participants agree to BoltVibe using their name and likeness (in the format of first name and initial, e.g., “Anna B.”) for any and all promotional activities related to this Promotion and future rewards, without compensation, unless prohibited by law. This includes, but is not limited to, social media, website, and marketing materials.9. No Refunded Policy- Due to the digital nature of the eBook, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including promotion cancellation or entry rollover.
- By purchasing, entrants consent to immediate eBook delivery and waive any right to a refund or withdrawal, per EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, Ireland’s Consumer Rights Act, and US consumer laws.10. Liability- BoltVibe is not liable for: (a) lost/late/invalid entries; (b) technical failures (e.g., Squarespace/Stripe issues); (c) postal delays or losses; (d) unauthorized entry access; or (e) administration errors, except where caused by gross negligence.
- Participants indemnify BoltVibe against claims from entry/prize use.11. Governing Law- Governed by Malta law, without conflict of law principles, for UK and Ireland entrants. US entrants subject to US federal and applicable state laws.
- Disputes resolved in Malta courts for UK/Ireland; US entrants may pursue claims in their state of residence.
- Complies with UK Gambling Act 2005, Ireland’s Gaming and Lotteries Act, US federal/state sweepstakes laws, Malta’s Consumer Affairs Act, and Portugal’s Decree-Law 422/89; no gambling permit required.12. General- Entry binds participants to these Terms.
